Use of the app

ClipSpaceAI is provided for personal or lawful business use on compatible macOS devices. You agree to use it in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.

Your clipboard content

You are responsible for the content you copy, store, paste, transform, and share. Avoid keeping sensitive or confidential information in clipboard history where doing so is not appropriate for your circumstances.

AI suggestions

AI-generated explanations, summaries, rewrites, and suggested fixes may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review all AI output before relying on it, pasting it into code, sending it to another person, or using it for decisions.

Feature availability

Some features depend on macOS version, device support, Apple Intelligence settings, Foundation Models availability, app permissions, or build configuration. If a feature is unavailable, ClipSpaceAI may show a fallback message or disable the related action.

No misuse

Do not use ClipSpaceAI to store, transform, or distribute unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized content. Do not attempt to misuse the app or bypass privacy, security, or platform protections.

No warranty

ClipSpaceAI is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipSpaceAI and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or from content copied, pasted, transformed, or generated through the app.

Updates to the app and these terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue features to improve the app, security, performance, compatibility, or user experience. These terms may be revised by posting an updated version on this page.
